He'll have to put up with the old wobbly scratching post for a while.
After all, it was his idea to chew the outlet hose on the washing machine and soak the laundry floor and, by extension, the base of the scratching post. And now the post is wobbly.
He still loves it to death and sleeps on it some nights.
